Responsibilities

Oversee the apparel department to ensure highest level of customer service and drive sales
Manage inventory, merchandising, and execute seasonal strategies to meet financial goals
Provide exceptional customer service: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA), assist members, answer questions, ensure positive shopping experience
Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, coordinate with Club Leadership for product availability
Ensure backstock is organized for easy replenishment to sales floor
Manage clearance, salvage, and markdown execution via My Work to achieve sell-through goals
Implement and maintain planograms and visual merchandising Gold Standards for appealing shopping environment
Ensure displays are attractive, organized, and stocked; follow guidance, playbooks, and planograms for prominent locations
Comply with Gold Standards: Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD), all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside and out
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, commitment to GOLD Member Standards
