Responsibilities

  • Delivering advanced support, resolving complex issues, and providing technical guidance to Sabre's online customers
  • Working with developers building new applications that consume Sabre APIs, customer representatives, and internal teams to contribute to service improvement, support, and strategic initiatives
  • Serving as the first point of contact for online customers, providing guidance on the use of Sabre APIs and tools used in the integration and deployment of their online sites
  • Validating XML files and schemas, and reproducing customer scenarios to debug and/or find possible system bugs
  • Investigating and analyzing non-conforming SOAP and REST requests, providing guidance to users on issue analysis and resolution
  • Involvement in customer projects
