Requirements

6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least part of that in the crypto industry
Strong understanding of the APAC market with experience in Web3, fintech, or tech marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and community engagement
Experience planning and running large-scale events and conferences
Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences
Comfortable collaborating with BD and partnerships teams, while remaining focused on marketing responsibilities
Crypto-native or strong familiarity with Web3 is a plus
Professional proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in an additional Asian language (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) is a strong advantage
A passion for technology, storytelling, and building brands that move industries forward
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, change, and odd hours

Responsibilities

Own and execute the APAC marketing strategy to strengthen our brand across key markets in Asia
Develop and manage high-quality content that communicates our vision, product updates, and ecosystem growth in a way that resonates with regional audiences
Collaborate with Business Development to communicate the value of our partnerships, ensuring consistent, polished messaging without overlapping into sales responsibilities
Plan and execute major events, from flagship conferences to curated community activations, ensuring our presence is high-profile and impactful
Manage relationships with regional media, KOLs, and influencers to amplify our narrative across APAC
Work closely with product, marketing, and BD teams to ensure alignment and localization of campaigns in the region
Define and track KPIs for brand growth, campaign performance, and event ROI
