The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within hospitality technology. Experience working directly with hospitality brands and a strong network within the sector are highly valued. Proven ability to build and manage successful partnerships, negotiate and close strategic deals, and deliver against channel-attributed revenue quotas are essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required, along with proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience with hotel tech, travel, or hospitality software solutions, a strong understanding of the APAC Hospitality market, and experience managing partnerships across multiple APAC regions, including communicating complex technical integrations.
The APAC Partnerships Manager will identify, engage, contract, and nurture strategic partners, including channel partners, resellers, and integration partners, across the APAC region to drive business growth. They will establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue generation and market expansion. The role also involves setting and tracking KPIs for partnerships, reporting on progress and success to leadership, leading negotiations with potential partners, and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Additionally, the manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
