Candidates must have 7-10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on Anaplan model building, architecture, and optimization. An Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification or higher is required. Strong knowledge of multi-dimensional data modeling, business planning, forecasting, and ETL/data integration tools like Anaplan Hyperconnect, APIs, Mulesoft, or Snowflake is essential. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills are also necessary, along with the ability to lead complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
The Anaplan Engineer will drive enterprise planning automation and optimization across Sales, HR, and Finance functions by designing and implementing scalable Anaplan models for connected planning and forecasting processes. This role involves translating strategic objectives into Anaplan solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, and supporting Sales, HR, or Finance planning processes through Anaplan solutions.
