Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan model building (Technical Model Builder)
Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification (Level 3 or Solution Architect is a plus) (Technical Model Builder)
Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data structures, and formula optimization (Technical Model Builder)
Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus (Technical Model Builder)
Proficiency in Excel and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is an advantage (Technical Model Builder)
3+ years of experience in business planning, finance, supply chain, or related domains (Functional Designer)
Strong understanding of Anaplan’s capabilities and use cases (Functional Designer)
Experience in leading Anaplan implementations or enhancements (Functional Designer)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Functional Designer)
Anaplan certifications (Level 1 or 2) preferred; Solution Architect is a plus (Functional Designer)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Anaplan models using best practices and performance optimization techniques (Technical Model Builder)
Translate complex business requirements into modular, maintainable model architecture (Technical Model Builder)
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and validate model outputs (Technical Model Builder)
Develop and maintain data integrations between Anaplan and other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) (Technical Model Builder)
Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and documentation of models (Technical Model Builder)
Support end-user training and provide ongoing technical support (Technical Model Builder)
Lead workshops to gather business requirements and define planning processes (Functional Designer)
Design functional architecture and user experience for Anaplan models (Functional Designer)
Collaborate with model builders to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented (Functional Designer)
Develop user stories, test cases, and training materials (Functional Designer)
