Responsibilities

  • Own programme delivery - scope, prioritise, and oversee the day-to-day management of analytics initiatives within Collections, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and on time
  • Lead and develop the team - manage a small group of collections analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality delivery and professional growth
  • Monitor and respond to outcomes - track changes in collections, customer, and credit performance, proactively identifying risks or opportunities and driving the right actions
  • Drive strategy through insight - turn data into strategies that optimise portfolio performance, shape policy, and deliver fair, effective outcomes for customers, while exploring how AI and advanced analytical techniques can unlock new opportunities
  • Champion reporting and visibility - ensure robust dashboards and reporting tools are in place to monitor key KPIs, highlight trends, and inform senior decision-making
  • Partner across the business - collaborate with Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance to align strategies that balance customer outcomes with commercial performance
  • Drive continuous improvement - take ownership of reviewing and enhancing collections processes and analytics workflows, modernising how we operate while encouraging automation, scalability, and innovation to deliver more efficient and effective outcomes
