Responsibilities

Own programme delivery - scope, prioritise, and oversee the day-to-day management of analytics initiatives within Collections, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and on time
Lead and develop the team - manage a small group of collections analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality delivery and professional growth
Monitor and respond to outcomes - track changes in collections, customer, and credit performance, proactively identifying risks or opportunities and driving the right actions
Drive strategy through insight - turn data into strategies that optimise portfolio performance, shape policy, and deliver fair, effective outcomes for customers, while exploring how AI and advanced analytical techniques can unlock new opportunities
Champion reporting and visibility - ensure robust dashboards and reporting tools are in place to monitor key KPIs, highlight trends, and inform senior decision-making
Partner across the business - collaborate with Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance to align strategies that balance customer outcomes with commercial performance
Drive continuous improvement - take ownership of reviewing and enhancing collections processes and analytics workflows, modernising how we operate while encouraging automation, scalability, and innovation to deliver more efficient and effective outcomes
