Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Participer à la gestion des retenues à la source et des cotisations (Assist with the management of payroll taxes and contributions)
  • Traiter l’interface du grand livre du système de paie et distribuer les rapports aux utilisateurs internes (Process the payroll general ledger interface and distribute reports to internal users)
  • Préparer et soumettre les cotisations liées aux avantages sociaux à des tiers, après examen et approbation (Prepare and submit benefit-related contributions to third parties after review and approval)
  • Veiller à ce que tous les documents et communications relatifs à la paie soient préparés en français, conformément à la Loi 96 (Ensure all payroll documents and communications are prepared in French per Bill 96)
  • Gérer avec précision la documentation de la CNESST et communiquer avec les représentants si nécessaire (Accurately manage CNESST documentation and communicate with representatives as needed)
  • Surveiller les opérations de trésorerie liées à la paie, y compris les dépôts et déclarations d’impôt (Monitor payroll cash activities, including tax deposits and filings)
  • Rapprocher les charges salariales avec le grand livre pour chaque paie (Reconcile salary expenses to the general ledger for each payroll)
  • Fournir des rapports et répondre aux demandes de renseignements concernant les données de paie (Provide reports and answer inquiries relating to payroll data)
  • Soumettre les écritures comptables approuvées (Submit approved journal entries)
  • Surveiller quotidiennement les flux de trésorerie liés à la paie et garantir l’exactitude des données (Monitor payroll cash daily and ensure data accuracy and quality)
  • Aider à résoudre les problèmes d’organisation et de codage (Assist with resolving organizational and coding issues)
