Requirements

  • 2+ years solid operations experience in asset management industry, ideally AMAC fund practitioner qualification and fund industry TA/FA experience preferred
  • Capable of working independently and demonstrate a proactive and risk-focused approach to work, understanding the importance of identifying and reporting issues appropriately
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative experience, and preferably with experience of managing vendors and service providers
  • Good communication skill and can speak well in Chinese and English
  • Tech skills and knowledge of MRF and QDII funds would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and external groups; including but not limited to, Product, Client Businesses, Legal & Compliance, Technology and Outsourcing Service Provider
  • Responsible for TA/FA oversight and Outsourcing Service Provider management
  • Responsible for TA/FA daily operations and related operating matters, ensuring adequate resources and periodic reporting progress to management/key partners
  • Seek service and operational improvements wherever possible, collaborate with business partners to innovate and develop effective solutions, expand and better our service capabilities
