Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Additional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus
1–2 years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role
Exposure to Identity or access management concepts preferred
Strong willingness to learn and grow into security administration
Ability to follow detailed step-by-step instructions
Team player with good communication skills

Responsibilities

Executing account management tasks such as password resets, account creations/disabling, and permission updates following documented procedures
Maintaining accurate ticket records, updating statuses, and escalating issues when appropriate
Participating in ongoing training to develop knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange, and IAM systems
