Requirements

  • MSc degree in Life Science or Management disciplines with strong record of academic achievement
  • A second degree or course in Market Access/Health Economics is considered as a plus
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience gained preferably with a consulting firm specialized in the Market Access field
  • Complete Understanding of the PRMA business model, drug development process, Italian health care system
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent execution skills, capacity to define priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
  • Ability to work on a team

Responsibilities

  • Perform literature reviews and develop Disease landscape, Competitors & Health Technology Assessment (HTA) analysis
  • Support definition of Patient flow, Product positioning & target population
  • Build Product’s Key Value Messages and Payer Value Propositions
  • Prepare Pricing and Reimbursement Dossiers (National & Regional) and Value Communication Tool
  • Supporting Payer & KOL consultations and engagement through Advisory Boards and Preference elicitation methods (e.g., Delphi panel, MCDA)
  • Support Payer & KOL consultations and the preparation of Advisory Boards
  • Support the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops
  • Analyze complex data, including economic and clinical evidence, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations
