Responsibilities

  • Coordenar a SQUAD de Poupança e Investimento, assegurando uma gestão ágil e colaborativa dos projetos da área, incluindo iniciativas regulatórias, de oferta comercial, eficiência e comunicação com clientes
  • Articular projetos corporativos com equipas multidisciplinares dos vários países do Grupo Santander, contribuindo para a coordenação e execução de iniciativas de âmbito global
  • Acompanhar o desenvolvimento e a performance da oferta Private Wealth, segmento de clientes particulares de maior valor no banco que exigem uma oferta especifica e à medida, como produtos alternativos, gestão de carreiras e outras ofertas à medida
  • Garantir o cumprimento de requisitos regulamentares e de compliance, incluindo recomendações de auditoria e iniciativas de sustentabilidade
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua do Net Promoter Score (NPS) Relacional, promovendo uma experiência de cliente de excelência
