Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent in combined education and experience
Three to five years of related experience
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, statistical and mathematical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with budgeting and accounting concepts
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, charts and building functions
Proficient in report development at all management levels
Good understanding of data analytics
Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Word, Power BI and PowerPoint (preferred)
Experience with electrical utilities and electrical distribution systems (preferred)
Must be available to work emergency restoration assignments as required
Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary

Provide analytical support for Eversource Single Pole Administration business functions, including participating on task forces, special studies, business cases, financial and economic analysis, cost benefit analysis, development and monitoring of metrics
Process and manage customers from application submittal to license, reporting, and processing of payments
Analyze processes and data and convert into value-added thinking and information
Identify opportunities for process change or continuous improvement and facilitate acceptance and implementation
Understand information technology solutions and how they apply to business needs
Perform or assist in ad-hoc querying and reporting as requested by management or personnel
Work with various departments analyzing data and processes
Develop reports, prepare and deliver presentations, write procedures, and perform other activities as needed
Perform and implement special assignments as necessary
Responsible for storm restoration and emergency assignments
