Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in either data analytics, data science, statistics, computer science, information technology or equivalent
  • A strong understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, modular design, and testing practices
  • Experience developing and maintaining applications using C#, Java, or TypeScript
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and working in iterative development environments
  • The ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across multiple platforms
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform in a business or IT environment
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps

Responsibilities

  • Specialization in Microsoft Power Suite – taking responsibility for leveraging Microsoft’s suite of tools, particularly the Power Platform, to deliver impactful business solutions
  • Managing the entire development process, including requirement gathering, design, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders to design effective solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Developing, testing, and deploying applications and workflows within the Power Suite environment
  • Providing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other business systems
  • Developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps to support internal service management needs
  • Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights across ITSM operations
  • Building and managing Power Virtual Agents to deliver conversational support experiences
  • Integrating external systems (ServiceNow) and other data sources using custom connectors and REST APIs
  • Working with SharePoint to manage data, automate document workflows, and supporting app development
  • Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance across all Power Platform solutions
  • Documenting solutions, workflows, and processes clearly to support knowledge sharing, maintenance, and future enhancements
  • Providing technical support and training to end users on Power Platform tools
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
