Requirements

Candidates must have completed 10+2+3 education in any stream and possess a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Experience in technical support, desktop support, or IT help desk roles is preferred, along with basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills with fluent English are essential, as are organization and teamwork abilities. This role requires working from the office and in rotational/night shifts.

Responsibilities

The Analyst III Infrastructure Services will take ownership of customer issues, respond to inquiries, and assist customers in resolving technical problems with software, hardware, or applications. They will research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues, referring complex problems to the appropriate escalation channels. Responsibilities include following up with customers to ensure timely resolution, logging and tracking inquiries using a ticketing tool, and maintaining historical records. The role also involves identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing customer problems to ensure appropriate resolution.
