  • Brings a minimum 3 to 5 years of operational execution experience in origin cargo management and container trucking
  • Has knowledge of origin operations execution, including Purchase Order (PO) management, factory booking, shipment planning, and documentation
  • Is familiar with origin operations and transportation management platforms, such as TMS and track and trace systems
  • Possesses good communication and data analytical skills to assist in process control and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Track daily origin operations milestones related to origin cargo management and container trucking with factories and Nike appointed logistics service providers for assigned origins
  • Identify delays, missing information, and process gaps, and promptly raise exceptions to relevant teams for resolution
  • Support recovery actions by coordinating with factories, origin consolidators, and internal teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate updates in Nike iTMS, visibility platforms, and control tower dashboards
  • Support preparation of daily and/or weekly operational reports
