Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing day-to-day activities involving provisioning, instrumentation, facility maintenance and upkeep to optimize laboratory operations
Managing laboratory projects end-to-end, from idea through onboarding and installation of new instruments
Coordinating laboratory moves for facility projects
Ensuring routine and unscheduled equipment maintenance is performed within acceptable timeframes, collaborating with external partners/organizations
Collaborating with IT to manage and maintain computer and automation systems, including upgrades and issue resolution
Working closely with scientific staff and leaders to ensure efficient operation, improved automation, and workflow process improvements
Collaborating effectively with team/project members following procedures, priorities, and timelines
Maintaining general laboratory safety standards
