Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with typically 2+ years of relevant work experience. Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis, proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning are required. Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Analyst I Infrastructure Services will design and implement new AWS accounts for onboarding customers and plan/implement network solutions for customer direct connections. Responsibilities include leveraging expertise in AWS Core infrastructure services (EC2, S3, RDS, DocDB, FSX, EDR), networking and security services (VPC, NACL, SG, Direct Connect, Site to Site VPN), and user access management via IAM. The role also involves understanding AWS Workspace services, cloud-based DR solutions, certificate management via ACM, backup solutions, cloud monitoring, and AWS Microservices. Additionally, the analyst will work with AWS Org/Controller Tower and SCP, focus on AWS Cost Optimization, utilize infrastructure automation via Terraform and CloudFormation, and apply experience in Python and Lambda. Familiarity with ITIL processes is also expected.
