Accounting or Finance degree
3+ years of experience in accounting
Very well organized and detail oriented
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High proficiency with Excel
Must be flexible in work schedule

Responsibilities

Process, validate, and prepare data for both monthly reports and Generative AI tools
Update and distribute monthly results and reports to teams across the division
Draft and provide supporting materials for the Indices Quarterly Financial Review and Quarterly Business Review
Update dashboards that are shared with Commercial and Product teams and Division Leadership
Assist with billing, contract, and new business queries
Perform quality assurance testing on automation and database projects
Prepare journal entries for month close, as needed
Support the validation and reporting of the new business pipeline
Assist with preparation of ad-hoc revenue reports and analyses
Identify areas for automation to help improve efficiency for the team, and help drive forward these automation processes
