Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Compensation
  • Experience within a multinational or global company
  • Experience in tech, entertainment, gaming, and/or consulting
  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferred focus in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative fields
  • Highly organized with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, sophisticated, dynamic business environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships and partner effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, recognizes trends, and interest in translating data or complex findings to senior leaders
  • Team player eager to learn and contribute, demonstrating accountability and discretion
  • Resilient in the face of change with the ability to adjust, adapt, and perform in a constantly evolving environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Workday experience preferred; familiarity with Workday’s Advanced Compensation module is a strong plus
  • Functional knowledge of statistics as applied to business is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Participate in market compensation surveys, maintain global benchmarking, and assist with competitive market analyses and pay program assessments
  • Review and occasionally create job descriptions to evaluate jobs and ensure alignment with compensation structures
  • Collaborate to develop competitive and equitable salary recommendations for external candidate offers and internal employee changes using market data and compensation guidelines
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity, transparency)
  • Manage compensation data in HRIS system and other compensation tools to ensure accuracy and support system enhancements
  • Support the annual merit planning, bonus, and equity processes in partnership with Compensation team colleagues (e.g., data audits, system enhancements/testing, assist with preparing compensation-related communications, training materials, and statements)
  • Prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations for management to support compensation decisions
  • Research compensation topics and trends, proposing programmatic changes and providing analysis as needed
