Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT projects as a business-system analyst (gathering, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, identifying system assumptions and constraints)
Higher education in IT or technical field
Knowledge of Flutter and Firebase technologies – at least basics
Very good knowledge of SQL and experience working with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
Knowledge of UML notation, optionally BPMN, CASE tools e.g. Enterprise Architect
Experience in mobile application projects
Ability to work in a team, creativity, and good work organization
Analytical thinking, engagement, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle time pressure
Ability to create technical and training documentation
Experience working with cross-functional teams and effective communication with programmers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
English at least B2 level
Nice to have
Knowledge of requirement description methods in the form of User Story or Use Case
Knowledge of issues related to leasing, CFM, insurance, compliance, finance
Experience in designing IT system architecture, considering security and performance requirements
English proficiency enabling reading documentation and reporting bugs to foreign suppliers

Modeling business processes
Independent analysis of requirements for feasibility
Gathering and describing requirements
Creating analytical/technical documentation
Supervising project team work – verifying solution compliance with requirements and assumptions
Participation in preparing test plans and verifying test scenarios before execution
Support in internal testing of created solutions
Support for Helpdesk in analyzing complex incidents
Cooperation with external software suppliers
Presenting solutions to stakeholders
