  • Knowledge of agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time)
  • Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro
  • Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, LeSS
  • Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM I), Agile Coach (optional)
