Requirements

Solid experience in agile methodologies, acting as Scrum Master in multidisciplinary and high-complexity projects
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective)
Experience in managing impediments and risks
Strong capacity for servant leadership, effective communication, and focus on continuous improvement
Experience leading agile teams in dynamic environments, promoting agile practices adoption, coaching teams and stakeholders, and strategic alignment with business objectives
Commitment to agile culture, transparency, team empowerment, and incremental delivery
Knowledge of agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time)
Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro
Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, LeSS
Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM I), Agile Coach (optional)
