Responsibilities
- Atuar no primeiro atendimento dos incidentes do cliente para os sistemas e áreas contratadas
- Gerir priorizações do cliente
- Realizar ponte entre área de negócio, time técnico DXC e fornecedores
- Direcionamento de incidentes e acompanhamento do tempo de atendimento garantindo o prazo contratado
- Coordenar salas de crises e escalonamentos quando necessário
- Reportar impactos de negócios atuando para minimizá-los
- Realizar monitoramento proativo do ambiente tecnológico e negócios críticos do cliente
