Analisa cenários e realiza simulações para apoiar decisões fiscais

Responsibilities

Gestão de Recebimento Fiscal: Atuar como ponto focal no recebimento de notas fiscais de ponta-a-ponta, garantindo conformidade e mitigação de riscos, realizar conferência de notas entre SAP e Tax One; executar processos via J1B1N ou MIRO, quando necessário
Integração e Suporte Técnico (SAP): Extrair SAFX do SAP, realizar carga/importação e ajustes de erros para Tax One; auxiliar nos testes fiscais de inbound SAP; monitorar faturamento e analisar notas rejeitadas, oferecendo suporte ao time de TI
Compliance e Obrigações Acessórias: Abrir e controlar demandas fiscais; enviar arquivos FCI ao SEFAZ e validar retorno no SAP; garantir entrega das obrigações acessórias SPED ICMS/IPI, GIA-ST e DIME-SC
Gestão de Documentos e Indicadores: Importar e gerenciar XMLs no repositório (Arquivei); elaborar KPIs relacionados ao recebimento fiscal e erros de carga; controlar relatórios de notas emitidas contra RA e não escrituradas, conciliando com o livro fiscal
Operações Complementares: Emitir notas fiscais manuais; inutilizar, cancelar e emitir carta de correção; suporte a clientes internos para dúvidas e problemas
