Requirements

  • Vivência prévia em marketing de produto, produto, inteligência de mercado ou GTM, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia, SaaS, fintechs ou dados
  • Boa capacidade analítica, de organização e de tradução técnica em valor de negócio
  • Perfil colaborativo, curioso e com visão de dono, confortável para lidar com múltiplas frentes e stakeholders
  • Interesse por dados, tecnologia e produtos digitais voltados ao ecossistema de crédito
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para criar narrativas e materiais de apoio claros e persuasivos
  • Desejável familiaridade com métricas de marketing e produto (funil, pipeline, adoção, retenção, ROI)

Responsibilities

  • Apoiar o lançamento e evolução das plataformas (ex.: motores de crédito, soluções de gestão de carteira e inteligência de dados), garantindo consistência entre posicionamento, público-alvo e estratégia de GTM
  • Contribuir para o empacotamento e atualização das ofertas de plataformas, em conjunto com o time de Produto e de Ofertas, assegurando aderência às demandas de mercado e coerência com o portfólio
  • Executar análises de mercado, concorrência e tendências, trazendo insumos para ajustes de narrativa, precificação e evolução de produto
  • Atuar na construção de materiais de apoio à venda, como deck comerciais, apresentações e playbooks de produto
  • Apoiar a definição e manutenção de mensagens-chave e storytelling das soluções, traduzindo atributos técnicos em benefícios de negócio
  • Colaborar com o time de marketing para execução de campanhas e ações de awareness e geração de demanda
  • Acompanhar a performance das soluções no mercado, monitorando métricas de uso, adoção, conversão e satisfação, e sinalizando oportunidades de melhoria
  • Atuar próximo aos PMMs e Product Managers das tribos de produto, garantindo fluidez na troca de informações e coerência entre visão técnica e posicionamento de mercado
  • Ser guardião do processo de enablement em customer facing junto ao time de Sales Ops, com treinamentos e habilitação de conhecimento e materiais para o processo de ida ao mercado
