Requirements

  • Experience in the O&G (Oil & Gas) segment
  • Experience in the following specialties: Business Management, Strategic Management, Management by Results, Agile Management, Process Management or other related areas
  • Availability to work in a hybrid regime, 3 times per week in Rio de Janeiro
  • Graduation: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator or other related areas

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting, gathering, and structuring data (text, tables, and charts), executing routine tasks of medium complexity such as preparing documents and action tracking schedules, applying solutions defined by the manager leader, specialist leaders, and professionals handling high and medium complexity demands
  • Analyze, structure, and maintain project and operations EAPs (Earned Value Analysis Plans) for the Executive Management, ensuring good management of interfaces with project areas, operations, and technical disciplines
  • Support planning, control, and management activities of the management
  • Develop and update processes, reporting tools, prepare materials, and conduct presentations
  • Build the Business Plan and Annual Business Plan, monitor and control the portfolio of projects, operations, and administrative expenses of the Executive Management
  • Support the preparation of action plans, recording defined actions, deadlines, and responsibilities
  • Support the management, control, and integrated monitoring of action plans related to routine management demands and processes
  • Assist in planning and executing simulations and analysis of management and control of routines and processes related to onshore and/or offshore demands, using client-available methodologies, tools, and systems
  • Support local administration of systems and tools for process management, standardization, and anomaly handling, performing integrated monitoring and control of Anomaly Treatment Records (RTAs), in coordination with operational areas and areas responsible for SMS, Production Loss, Measurement, and Compliance Anomaly Treatment processes
  • Support internal and external communication processes, as well as the organization of corporate events
  • Support the preparation of the monthly Expense List sent to PPSA, data loading into the SAP system, and consolidation of the Monthly Activities Report, verifying coherence with the Expense List for subsequent evaluation and validation by professionals handling medium and high complexity demands
  • Support the consolidation of cash call predictability sent by managers and contract supervisors, verifying coherence with the current Work Plan and Budget (PTO)
  • Assist internal and external audits and SOX Controls, based on norms, partnership agreements, management systems, and other current requirements
  • Support planning and control of Local Content (CL), performing continuous verification of CL records in corporate systems, identifying and implementing adjustments to incorrect entries, recommending CL for contracting processes, and action plans to ensure compliance with CL requirements
