Requirements

  • Formação superior em andamento ou concluída em Comunicação, Marketing, Publicidade, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM, marketing direto ou automação
  • Familiaridade com métricas de campanhas (abertura, clique, conversão, entrega etc.)
  • Facilidade com análise de dados e extração de insights acionáveis
  • Boa comunicação escrita, organização e atenção a detalhes
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas e em modelo ágil (squad)

Responsibilities

  • Planejar e executar campanhas de comunicação para públicos internos (ex: aniversários de empresa, cultura organizacional, reconhecimento) e externos (ex: vagas, programas de estágio, programa de jovem aprendiz e campanhas de marca empregadora)
  • Desenvolver e manter réguas de relacionamento e fluxos automatizados multicanal (e-mail, SMS, push, WhatsApp, entre outros)
  • Direcionar e validar a criação das peças para os times especialistas (texto, arte e programação)
  • Criar, programar e disparar comunicações via ferramentas de CRM e automação (como Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sendgrid, entre outras)
  • Segmentar bases (colaboradores e candidatos) conforme o perfil e a fase da jornada de comunicação
  • Monitorar KPIs (taxa de entrega, abertura, cliques, conversão etc.) e propor melhorias com base em dados
  • Criar relatórios de performance, testes A/B e análise de resultados
  • Documentar fluxos, segmentações e aprendizados das campanhas
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de RH e Marketing
