Requirements

  • Minimum of 04 years of experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector, for activities requiring implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System and Integrated SMS System, as well as management of environmental licensing processes, environmental impact studies, solid and liquid waste management, water resources, atmospheric emissions, MA and SMS indicators, internal and external MA and QSMS audits, among other activities as required by the business
  • Experience in activities in industrial plants
  • Participation in large-scale emergency simulations in industrial plants
  • Specific training or practical experience for conducting HO assessments
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical standards, and process flowcharts
  • Handling of computerized environmental licensing systems in Contaminated Areas/Area Recovery
  • Knowledge of reading in English
  • Knowledge of Office and Project software package
  • Knowledge of legislation on Environmental Licensing in Contaminated Areas/Area Recovery applicable to the oil and gas sector
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge in engineering projects for Contaminated Areas/Area Recovery
  • Higher Education Degree completed

Responsibilities

  • Act as Analyst for initiatives to preserve natural resources in hazardous areas, resolving environmental impacts such as soil, water, air pollution, and solid waste
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and audits
  • Perform activities with work teams
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for presentation to competent authorities
  • Other activities as required by the business
