Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Capital Project Management processes: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of large-scale construction projects
  • Higher education degree or currently studying in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience in technical activities related to construction works, inspection, or engineering contract management
  • Knowledge of applicable technical and regulatory standards (ABNT, NRs, environmental licensing, among others)
  • Ability to prepare technical reports, opinions, and measurements with technical rigor and clear communication

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized inspections on engineering works and projects, covering civil, structural, and installations (MEP) disciplines
  • Verify that executed stages comply with approved projects, technical specifications, and license conditions
  • Identify and record non-conformities or execution deviations, support tracking of corrections, and prepare field reports
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and safety teams to ensure safe, efficient execution in compliance with standards and applicable legislation
  • Actively participate in technical discussions, propose solutions, and contribute to the development of capabilities in capital project management
  • Work on-site at the location where the construction is occurring
