Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or Business
  • Advanced English
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
  • Soft Skills: Advanced analytic skills, attention to detail, aptitude to set priorities while managing multiple tasks, results oriented, strong communication skills, proven problem solving and teamwork
  • Technical Skills: SAP, SAP Ariba, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Execute analysis to understand spend volumes and cost variables within Beer Direct categories
  • Maintain the data up to date for assigned categories, support on price updates, new SKU creation, price extension
  • Supplier creation, maintenance, and follow up invoice payment tracking
  • Research category market intelligence and seek industry insights and trends, creating databases and reports to support sourcing strategies development
  • Develop cost models to conduct scenarios for strategy development and evaluate negotiation options and outcomes
  • Support procurement buyers, category managers and director in different analysis, supplier relation, and specific projects assigned
  • Assist in financial requirements, including TCO, plan variances, savings calculations, business case, cost modeling, cash flow impact, etc
  • Report category performance based upon operation's key metrics monthly
  • Assist in procurement projects as identified including procurement technology requirements, training and certifications
