Responsibilities

  • Provide support and advice to subscriber entities on information reporting and quality processes
  • Maintain and monitor updates from various subscriber entities
  • Provide support and advice to subscriber entities on the proper use of the Facilidat and Information Exchange application
  • Manage monthly updates of information by subscriber entities through the Facilidat or Information Exchange tool
  • Execute quality process requests from subscriber entities
  • Conduct and attend meetings with subscriber entities
  • Analyze and verify escalated cases to process investigations of records, clients, and events
  • Ensure registration and tracking of cases in authorized platforms with required quality within established terms
  • Handle escalations to the team and generate responses according to defined protocols for each process
  • Manage and achieve compliance with area-assigned goals
