Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in financial crime investigations, including AML, fraud, or securities fraud. A strong understanding of BSA/AML, Anti-Fraud, and Securities Fraud Monitoring programs is essential.
The AML Compliance Analyst will collaborate with the AMLCO to refine investigative procedures, conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious activities, and prepare/file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). Responsibilities include responding to regulatory inquiries, maintaining risk assessments, partnering with internal stakeholders during audits, providing guidance to business units, staying updated on regulatory developments, supporting policy refinement, and contributing to special projects and management reports.
