Responsibilities

Conduct QA reviews on assessments from Global AML & Screening and Merchant Fraud investigation teams and provide actionable feedback to strengthen quality and consistency
Deliver ad hoc and targeted training based on QA insights to address recurring deficiencies and empower stakeholders
Maintain and enhance QA guidance and documentation materials for clarity, effectiveness, and audit/regulatory readiness
Analyze QA results to identify trends and root causes, translating findings into insights and recommendations for improvement
Prepare reports and present results to drive awareness, improvement, and informed decision-making
Act as a trusted sparring partner to 1st and 2nd Line teams by challenging, advising, and enabling continuous improvement
Empower stakeholders through process optimization by identifying efficiency blockers and embedding best practices
Mature the QA framework by optimizing processes, documentation, and tooling
Address identified risk gaps or inconsistencies
Unify QA frameworks across functions
Strengthen alignment with 2LoD QA (Compliance Oversight teams)
Drive innovation through adoption of new tools and technologies, including AI
