Requirements

  • Validated Bac+3 or Bac+4 level
  • Enrolled and admitted in a training center for a Master's in Management des Systèmes d’Information, Data, or equivalent field
  • Preference for apprenticeship contract (contrat d’apprentissage), or professionalization contract if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Collect and clean data by retrieving information from the service and the ergonomist
  • Model data to organize sources and ensure their coherence and performance
  • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards by creating interactive visualizations for HSE indicator tracking
  • Analyze data to produce recommendations useful for risk prevention and improvement of working conditions
  • Collaborate with other services involved in data use (e.g., Human Resources) to integrate their data into BI tools
  • Ensure and control the quality and reliability of data in collaboration with the ergonomist and safety specialist
  • Manage various related side projects
  • Maintain existing solutions, develop and document new Power BI applications
  • Clarify needs with partners from different departments, identify various data sources, structure databases, and create/assist in creating dashboards and reporting visuals
  • Perform cross-analyses
