Mastery of office tools (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
Good writing skills

Responsibilities
Manage routine Workday evolution requests: follow up on requests, participate in need definition, act as liaison between operational HR and technical teams, write test scenarios, plan and manage tests, prepare communications, guides, and training supports for new features
Support Workday version upgrades: identify new features to implement, organize non-regression tests, communicate on new features
Contribute to level 2 user assistance: resolve complex user support requests, define data entry practices in Workday, identify tool improvements
Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of existing processes (references, data consistency, recurring reporting)
Manage projects and change support for Workday projects: from approach definition, need expression support, to implementation of evolutions and communication
