Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of new recipes and/or adaptations when necessary
- Assist in the pre-preparation of menu items (hygiene and food cutting)
- Assist in the control/planning of items used in the menu
- Assemble and distribute/service Coffee Breaks and the Board of Directors
- Collect and identify food samples
- Carry food from the preparation area to supply refrigerators and greenhouses
- Remove food from refrigerators and greenhouses to supply thermal counters
- Remove perishable products from original packaging for pre-preparation and food preparation activities
- Assist in obtaining standardization of preparations with 1/2 Officers and Chief Cooks using standard recipes
- Carry out sanitation services in internal and external areas of the Restaurant
- Perform daily cleaning of equipment and utensils
- Participate in work developed in internal philosophy of work and safety teams
- Follow coordination guidelines, maintaining participative and dedicated behavior in work area matters
