Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of new recipes and/or adaptations when necessary
  • Assist in the pre-preparation of menu items (hygiene and food cutting)
  • Assist in the control/planning of items used in the menu
  • Assemble and distribute/service Coffee Breaks and the Board of Directors
  • Collect and identify food samples
  • Carry food from the preparation area to supply refrigerators and greenhouses
  • Remove food from refrigerators and greenhouses to supply thermal counters
  • Remove perishable products from original packaging for pre-preparation and food preparation activities
  • Assist in obtaining standardization of preparations with 1/2 Officers and Chief Cooks using standard recipes
  • Carry out sanitation services in internal and external areas of the Restaurant
  • Perform daily cleaning of equipment and utensils
  • Participate in work developed in internal philosophy of work and safety teams
  • Follow coordination guidelines, maintaining participative and dedicated behavior in work area matters
