Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis of insurance products and subsidiaries' performance, confirm alignment with budget, support business growth and profitability improvement
  • Investigate, analyze, and report AIG Japan's performance from multiple perspectives (consolidated, product, subsidiary levels)
  • Conduct special analyses related to performance
  • Support budget preparation, performance forecasting, and financial planning
  • Support P/L management and departmental expense management, including cost allocation
  • Collaborate and support accounting department (e.g., verification of financial accounting validity)
  • Business partner activities: collaborate with insurance underwriting/sales departments and global finance group
  • Monitor actuals, budget, and forecasts
  • Conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) business reviews
  • Assist with special projects as directed by management
