Responsibilities

お客様が事故や病気・怪我等に見舞われた際に、適切に保険金をお支払いする
不安なお客様の気持ちに寄り添い、複数の関係者と連絡をとる
調査や交渉を行い、適正な支払い額の算定を行う
迅速な保険金支払いを実施する
対象保険: 自動車保険、火災保険、医療保険や新種保険などに対応する
【初期対応】お客様から事故受付を確認し、詳細な状況確認を実施する
【損害額認定・示談交渉】お客様、被害者、保険会社、弁護士等と連絡をとり、調査・交渉を行い、適正なお支払い額を算定する
【保険金支払い】保険金を支払うための各種手続きを迅速に実施し、お客様に保険金をお支払いする
