Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Informatics, or related fields
No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including effective communication in English for documentation and support)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Time management skills and ability to work within defined timelines
Collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Previous knowledge in SQL and AI is a plus
Available for onsite work at an HPE partner/customer office (part-time)

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining AI-driven solutions, applying programming and engineering knowledge
Support and monitor IT applications, including maintaining SQL queue-based systems and executing refresh code tasks
Conduct technical investigations and perform detailed analysis to troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Continuously learn and apply AI concepts and tools while pursuing studies
