  • Experience defining Minimum Marketable Product (MMP) criteria
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including development, launch, and compliance with processes like Accelerated Product Development (APD), Launch Excellence (LEx), and Design Control
  • Ability to monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and resources
  • Strong collaboration skills with global teams (sales, marketing, R&D, service, commercial)
  • Willingness to work on-site in Deer Park Office, Chicago, Illinois, or Newcastle Innovation Centre, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Product Management for Advanced Assay Open Innovation initiatives, focusing on AI to advance diagnostics
  • Collaborate with Open Innovation and Advanced Assays teams to define product vision and commercial strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive dynamics
  • Develop a portfolio meeting needs of research and clinical customers
  • Create and maintain product roadmap for AI-enabled assays, aligned with franchise projects (PD-L1, HER2)
  • Prioritize features based on business value and ROI, working with Advanced Staining Reagents and Digital Pathology teams
  • Define MMP criteria and serve as subject matter expert throughout product lifecycle
  • Drive integrated value proposition of AI-enabled assay solutions from RUO to clinical application
  • Oversee development, launch, and lifecycle management of AI models and algorithms for diagnostic use
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes (APD, LEx, Design Control)
  • Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and resources; foster innovation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with global sales, marketing, R&D, service, and commercial teams to meet customer needs and enhance user experience
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction
