Requirements

  • Proven experience in agile product management, ideally within B2B Enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of deploying AI solutions to end users
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, and familiarity with Figma

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth user research and develop detailed user personas to guide product design and prioritisation
  • Lead the design and prototyping of AI-based features, validating concepts with stakeholders and end-users before full-scale development
  • Drive product development using Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement
  • Define, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and user impact
  • Work closely with UX designers and engineering teams to develop seamless, intuitive AI solutions that address real user needs
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI features, from conception through to release, ensuring robust testing, documentation, and user training as required
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback, evangelise new AI capabilities, and ensure successful adoption
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and product management to maintain the team's competitive edge
  • Set the vision and strategy for AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and market needs
  • Collaborate across the Workflow and Insights division with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver new client-facing products and automation
  • Champion AI adoption and best practices, identifying opportunities for AI integration that drive efficiency, scalability, and enhanced user experiences
