Skill in Tech for Operations - Software Product Management
Ability to identify and assess complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Adherence to strategic direction set by senior management for near-term goals
Interaction with senior management at client and/or within Accenture on matters requiring alternate approaches
Latitude in decision-making
Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Decisions with major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility
Experience managing large-medium sized teams and/or work efforts
Availability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Build market-driven software products (1-to-many) by identifying market problems, user/buyer personas, creating requirements, and developing go-to-market strategies
Manage software product lifecycle from design/development to retirement/disposal
Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, data structures, and business objectives
Configure SaaS platform (modules, rules, integrations, permissions) to align with client needs
Manage end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and handover
Coordinate data migration and validation with internal teams and client stakeholders
Create and maintain configuration documentation, setup checklists, and user training material
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), address feedback, and ensure production readiness
Partner with Customer Success for smooth post-implementation transition
Provide configuration and workflow insights to Product and Engineering teams for enhancements
Work closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions in areas like AHO, ISMT, and Intelligent Automation
