Skill in Tech for Operations - Software Product Management
Ability to conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, data structures, and business objectives
Ability to configure SaaS platform (modules, rules, integrations, permissions) to align with client needs
Ability to manage end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and handover
Ability to coordinate data migration and validation with internal teams and client stakeholders
Ability to create and maintain configuration documentation, setup checklists, and user training material
Ability to support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), address feedback, and ensure readiness for production
Ability to partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth transition post-implementation
Ability to provide configuration and workflow insights to Product and Engineering teams for future enhancements
Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
Understanding of strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Minimal guidance needed when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
Ability to manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Build market-driven software products (1-to-many) by identifying market problems, user and buyer personas, creating effective requirements, and developing strategic go-to-market strategies for product or platform introduction
Manage the series of changes a software product goes through, from design and development to ultimate retirement or disposal
Work closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions in areas like AHO (Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), and Intelligent Automation
Act as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations, providing innovative and secure technologies to build intelligent operating models
Typically create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
Interact primarily with direct supervisor or team leads, peers, and management levels at client and/or within Accenture
