Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field. A strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical analysis is required, as is proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for AI/ML development and deployment is also necessary.
Responsibilities
The AI Engineer will be responsible for researching and developing state-of-the-art generative AI tools and products to enhance internal team productivity, conducting extensive research and performing proof-of-concept work, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions, applying and optimizing AI models to enhance ShyftLabs’ data and AI products, integrating AI solutions into scalable production environments, fine-tuning models for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, staying up to date with AI advancements and best practices, documenting processes and implementations, and leveraging cloud and infrastructure tools to support AI-driven applications.
