Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or automation
Strong experience using LangChain/LangGraph for building LLM applications
Deep knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, PGVector, Qdrant) and RAG architectures
Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and key ML frameworks (Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Proven ability in advanced prompt engineering techniques
Familiarity with n8n or similar workflow orchestration platforms (nice-to-have)
Experience deploying and managing production-scale LLMs (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Hugging Face) (nice-to-have)
Practical fine-tuning skills (LoRA, full-model fine-tuning, hyperparameter optimization) (nice-to-have)
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes) (nice-to-have)
Solid understanding of MLOps and LLMOps tools and practices (MLFlow, Grafana, Prometheus) (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy intelligent automation and agent-based solutions that transform workflows across business areas such as Development, Testing, AML, Legal, and HR
Use tools like n8n, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases (RAG), advanced prompting methods, and MLOps/LLMOps practices to create AI agents in Slack
Craft high-quality, production-grade AI code and integrations for automated agents
Identify high-impact opportunities for automation to replace repetitive processes
Design and implement orchestrated workflows that integrate APIs, databases, and AI models, with built-in monitoring
Develop conversational agents and intelligent bots that take actions, understand nuance, and support teams in compliance, support, and product development (e.g., in Slack, web, or new tools)
Implement RAG pipelines with vector search, blending LLMs with live business data
Experiment with prompt engineering strategies (chain-of-thought, few-shot) and run automated evaluations
Collaborate with Legal, AML, DevOps, QA, and product teams to translate needs into AI solutions that respect governance and deliver value
Build trust in AI model decisions
