Responsibilities

  • Enable AI adoption across Paddle: Build and scale an AI Champions Network — equipping champions in each department to identify use-cases, gather feedback, and share best practices
  • Operationalise the AI strategy: Translate Paddle’s AI strategy into clear playbooks, training programmes, and success metrics
  • Drive enablement & training: Partner with our Learning & Development and Communications teams to design and deliver onboarding, tutorials, and workshops that raise AI literacy across the company
  • Manage the Agent Platform rollout: Coordinate implementation and feedback loops for our internal AI Agent Platform — working closely with our AI Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams
  • Governance & responsible AI: Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Data Governance to ensure all AI use-cases meet ethical and compliance standards
  • Measure ROI & impact: Define adoption metrics and ROI frameworks to measure how AI initiatives drive efficiency, productivity, and insight generation
  • Act as an internal connector: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders — turning opportunities into tangible solutions
  • Champion community & communication: Build an internal community around AI — run office hours, newsletters, and demos showcasing new use-cases and success stories
