Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience managing or training a Sales or Service BDC in a dealership or group
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Ensure configurations are accurate, tested, and live without issues
  • Lead the onboarding process end to end for new dealership clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealers during implementation and after go-live
  • Train BDC, service, and sales teams on daily workflows, call handling, and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate across internal teams to remove blockers quickly
  • Maintain clean, detailed records in HubSpot and internal systems
  • Monitor timelines and performance metrics such as set rate, show rate, contact efficiency, and CSI impact
  • Build repeatable playbooks that deliver consistent results across multiple rooftops
  • Shape how modern BDC operations run across the network as Toma scales
  • Build the systems, training, and reporting that keep dealers confident and teams aligned
  • Bring structure, urgency, and empathy to every account
