Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Implementation: Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to establish, prioritize, and execute Leapsome's internal automation and AI productivity strategy and roadmap
Analytics & Measurement: Analyze cross-functional systems to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement. Define metrics to monitor progress and adoption, driving continuous improvement
Automation Development: Design and implement automations using tools like Zapier, Notion, HubSpot, OKTA, etc. to reduce manual tasks and improve data flows
AI Infusion: Infuse AI into processes, workflows, and systems using OpenAI API, Dust.tt, Notion AI, Zapier AI, Gemini, etc. to increase effectiveness and efficiency
System Integration: Build seamless integrations between internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to ensure efficient data flow across platforms
Training & Enablement: Enable the team and facilitate training through live sessions, videos, and documentation to develop capabilities and promote automation and AI proficiency across the organization
Support & Troubleshooting: Help the team with day-to-day requests around owned systems and troubleshoot technical and process issues
Governance & Security: Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure safe, compliant, and responsible AI tool deployment while maintaining procurement best practices
