Requirements

  • Associate Member of the API and Queensland Valuers Registration
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience post CPV qualification
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Valid Australian drivers’ license
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy
  • Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Provide researched and thorough valuation advice across agribusiness property types including large scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries and cellar door enterprises, horticulture, sugar production, irrigation, blood stock breeding, training and agistment, dairies, intensive livestock (piggeries, feedlots & poultry), post farm gate, aquaculture, water markets, renewable industries, and carbon markets
