Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience as a Lead or Senior Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or similar role in software delivery. Excellent experience with agile methodologies for product and software delivery frameworks, and experience working within a software engineering delivery function are required. A solid understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps principles and practices, and excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required, along with a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. Knowledge of cloud computing principles, TDD, BDDCertifications, Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Agilist, Certified Agile Leadership (CAL), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Project Management (AgilePM) are nice to have.

Responsibilities

The Agile Software Delivery Lead will oversee the delivery of multiple iterations through the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies, primarily Scrum. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring successful software iteration delivery on time and within scope. The lead will also act as an Agile Coach, mentoring teams and individuals in Agile practices. Key responsibilities include leading the agile delivery function and team, designing and maintaining governance, principles, and ways of working, mentoring team members, collaborating with program management, product managers, designers, and engineers, and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
